JOB PURPOSE: Develop and support Reports
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install and support IBM WebSphere environment (Application server, ESB, Process server, Integration Developer, MQ series)
Develop and support solutions designed on IBM WebSphere platform
Develop and support integration solutions
Use in the everyday work the experience in general understanding of:
Banking practices (banking front/middle/back office work)
IT technologies / Banking systems solutions
CBR regulation
General banking and civil legislation
Other responsibilities in accordance with internal procedures, rules and immediate supervisor’s instructions
DIMENSIONS:
Number of IT incidents linked to the IBM WebSphere environment
EFFECTIVENESS CRITERIA:
IBM WebSphere environment flexibility, productivity and reliably
WORKING RELATIONSHIP (INTERNAL, EXTERNAL)
IT and IT vendors
EDUCATION: Higher
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Form 3 years in IBM WebSphere environment support and development in financial companies
LANGUAGES:
English technical
COMPUTER LITERACY:
Administrator/Developer
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
Experience in development and support of IBM WebSphere environment (Application server, ESB, Process server, Integration Developer, MQ series)
Oracle 11g advanced developer, PL/SQL
Certificates for IBM WebSphere products is a plus.

IT Software Developer
JOB PURPOSE:
Participation in the technical requirements preparation for bank applications and systems.
Analyze and adjust change requests received from business users to match the systems capability.
Participation in technical requirements negotiation process with vendors.
Participate in the systems and applications testing process.
Manage change and release installation in according to the internal procedures.
Setting up and parameterization of Bank systems.
Bug search and localization.
Reports development.
Performance tuning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up bank applications according to business users requirements.
Manage changes in systems.
Reporting bugs to the vendor and manage fixing process.
Ensure stable operation of the interfaces to other systems.
Keep all the related documentation (specifications, reports, requests, user documentation, planning, reporting) actual
Develop reports in according to the business users requests.
Use in the everyday work the experience in general understanding of:
Best banking practices (related to front/middle/back office activities)
Banking IT technologies and systems (solutions)
CBR regulation
General banking and civil legislation
Other responsibilities in accordance with internal policies and procedures
DIMENSIONS:
Total number of new developments and fixes in banking systems based on time.
EFFECTIVENESS CRITERIA:
No of developments and resolved problems completed without delays and on the appropriate quality level meting business users expectations in terms of quality.

JOB HOLDER PROFILE:
WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years in banking application software development and implementation (CFT).

Advanced user
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of basic principles of banking application software and systems functioning, finance mathematics
